Dr. Liaqat Ali, Professor Dr. Liaqat Ali holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and a Ph.D. in Business Studies from Panjab University, Chandigarh. He is currently serving as Professor and Head of the School of Management Studies at Punjabi University, Patiala. His teaching and research interests span banking, FinTech, accounting, international corporate finance, and strategic cost management. He has guided 10 research scholars who have successfully completed their doctoral degrees, while two scholars are currently pursuing their Ph.D. under his supervision. He has published more than 40 research papers in business and management journals and has presented his research at around 20 national and international peer-reviewed conferences. He has also served as a session chair at academic conferences and contributes to the research community as a reviewer and research adviser for reputed international journals, including high-impact publications.
